It is possible to experience happiness although you have a diagnosis of depression. When you wake up each day try to add an extra hour or half hour to the morning. This time should be spent in mediation, watching your favorite tv program, reading a good book, taking a relaxing walk, or exercising. If you begin your day with a pleasurable relaxing activity it will help you to moderate your mood better throughout the day.

Sometimes you wake up and feel like life is upside down. Right side up does not feel like an option that you can clearly see. Remember that being mindful is to dive into why something is upside down instead of acting like it does not exist. Before you rise from the bed take an inventory of why you feel that life is upside down. Try to dedicate yourself to tackling one task that helps you to turn your life right side up. Choose freewill to create positive energy around you by your choices. No one is going to make this a goal but you.. Make sure you put at least two purposeful goals of demonstrating that you love yourself into every day.

Score keepers only keep score of their inability to communicate and resolove conflicts. Learn not to be the score keeper or the focus of the scapgoat!
